When a hospital construction project required precise climate control across four floors during the drywall phase, our team was brought in to deliver fast and dependable results. Moisture control and air tempering were critical to keeping materials in optimal condition and ensuring progress stayed on schedule. In just two days, we installed two 120-ton, 15k air handlers with 5” static pressure, paired with a 270-ton air-cooled chiller and generator package.
To support continuous operation, we also managed on-site fueling for the duration of the project—providing a complete, turnkey solution. The system delivered consistent, dry air throughout the space, allowing contractors to maintain quality standards and finish work efficiently.
