Load testing new chillers is a critical and often high-pressure process for data center operators, where even minor temperature fluctuations can impact sensitive equipment. Our team, with extensive experience supporting data center operations nationwide, specializes in providing dependable temporary HVAC systems that ensure stable conditions during testing and maintenance periods.
For this project, we delivered and installed a 250 HSP hot water diesel boiler, two heat exchangers, pumps, and a diesel fuel tank to help carry the load throughout the chiller testing process. The temporary setup maintained precise temperature control and steady system performance, allowing the facility to complete testing safely, efficiently, and without any operational interruptions.
